How to Make Video CDs: The Preparation Stages

At first glance, this would sound complicated and hard, but if a person would study the various components needed to make it all happen, he would be surprised at how easy it is to create sophisticated VCDs and DVDs.

All it needs is the proper video editing software like Cyberlink Power Director, a TV tuner that is plugged into the computer and of course the connection from the video source such as a video camera, VHS player or Betamax player. The latter video players are obsolete, but if they are still working, people can still save those old films and clips to be preserved and converted to playable VCDs or DVDs.

The interface is probably the hardest part.
