Would You Buy an Ipod or a Portable MP3 Player?

December 30, 2006 By gecko

Ipod Nano

Curiously, it seems strange how people would prefer Ipods over MP3 players when technically they produce the same sound and are used for the same purpose by most teenagers and people who want to listen to music at any time. Comparing the costs however, an Ipod costs a whole lot more, except for the Ipod Shuffle which is a bit more affordable than the usual Ipod Nano and such.

MP3 players have come out in compact style as well and produce the same music. Although affordable, people still go for the Apple Ipod over it. Perhaps one of the reasons is that of fashion and style since most people today are brand conscious.

MP3 Players

No question about it that Apple has created quite an impact and though advanced in features, if music playback is concerned, MP3 players would have an advantage with respect to price.

Who knows, new portable video playback players may eventually be developed? But by this time, Apple may have something better to offer, considering it is one step ahead of its class.
