Geeks with trust funds will surely buy ASUS’ newest motherboard. This new mobo puts in all the bells and whistles for overclockers and enthusiasts and is probably the most feature-packed mobo on the planet right now.
The ASUS Rampage Extreme Motherboard is choc-full of features that are just too many to mention here. The stand-outs though are the bundled waterblock for the Northbridge and an overclocking panel at the other side of the mobo that users can tweak. This is the first mobo I’ve seen that has this feature. Of course, a feature-rich mobo means big bucks, and at $400, it really is for the geek with deep pockets.
