Now hold it a minute, how can that be? A fashionable geek? Well, geeks are all over and the term is often misinterpreted as a descriptive for people who look, well geeky. But that doesn’t make them any different from you and me and like us, they need clothes. Clothes that express their inner beauty or “geekiness”, should we say. Anybody who is interested in the world around them is a geek and you’ll just have to accept that. Some celebrities even dress like them in their shambled ensembles that always catches the eyes of the fashion police.
You don’t have to wear an up-buttoned shirt, with a bow tie, several pens and have metal braces to be a geek. Geeks have made their contributions to this earth and without them most of the modern marvels we see wouldn’t be possible. Einstein, Archimedes, Newton and some of the greatest minds that have ever graced this earth were called geeks yet we all benefit from their contributions to humanity. That said, why not clothe yourself in some of the best Geek T-shirts the world over and be proud of your contribution to this world.
Obama Still A Blackberry Man
When you run for president of the United States, you can expect to have the spotlight trained on you all the time. When you actually become the president, then that spotlight will be even brighter and hotter. And that spotlight has been trained on Obama for quite a while now and it does not seem to be going anywhere.
Just the other day, he was spotted using his good old Blackberry. Now I know a lot of people who have a Blackberry and use it all the time. But those people are not the President of the US – not anywhere near that.
Rumor has it that Obama was supposed to get a new phone – a super phone! This phone, called the Sectera Edge, is made by defense contractor General Dynamics. It is the most secure of most secure smartphones, if reports can be believed. At the price of $3,350, it should be as secure as possible, right? Although it runs on Windows – yeah that’s secure – the National Security Agency swears to its stability and security. And that is why they want the president to use it.
However, as hard as Obama fought to become the 44th president, he also fought to keep his Blackberry by his side. I can’t blame him – it’s a nice phone and if you have been using it for a while, you wouldn’t want to change phones as well. At the end of the day, Obama won another battle – he gets to keep his Blackberry for personal use. Nice huh?
iPhone comes to WalMart by mid-November

Â
The Apple iPhone is gearing up it’s reach to more consumers, specially that the gift giving season is fast approaching.  It began it’s retail offers outside of the Apple stores in BestBuy and now it’s setting its eyes on one of the largest consumer stores in the USA, WalMart.
This is a bold move for Apple as the iPhone now racks up together with other mobile phone brands. Â The genius behind this move must be thinking that if people can actually see the difference between holding an iPhone vs. say like a nokia, they just might be better informed how the iPhone isn’t just hype, it’s actually beautiful IRL. Â OR Apple just has too many iPhones that aren’t moving as they expect it to. Â
The iPhone makes its debut in Walmarts accross the USA by November 15.
